UFC 321 is less than 24 hours away …
It all goes down this weekend (Sat., Oct. 25, 2025) inside Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In the main event, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Heavyweight roost-ruler, Tom Aspinall, is set to make his first-ever title defense as undisputed champion against former interim kingpin, Ciryl Gane.
MMA betting is among the hardest types of sports betting; however, let’s keep on, keeping on below:
This week, I’m locking in Dern vs. Jandiroba to “Go the Distance” at -110.
But, neither came close to finishing the other.
Fast forward to this weekend, and both have only improved. Jandiroba has developed sharper boxing and better defensive movement, while Dern’s striking and cardio have come a long way. But, at their cores, they’re still grapplers who neutralize each other on the ground. Jandiroba has never been finished in her 25-fight career, while Dern — despite her reputation as a submission ace — has shown serious grit and recovery in wars with Yan Xiaonan and Amanda Lemos.
Expect a tactical, grind-heavy championship fight where positional control and cage time outweigh highlight-reel moments. Both women are too defensively sound on the mat to get caught early, and both have enough respect for each other’s submissions to avoid taking reckless chances. The first meeting went to decision, and everything points to a repeat — just over five rounds instead of three.
Both Dern and Jandiroba are elite submission specialists. If either woman manages to secure dominant position — particularly back mount — it could end in a flash. Indeed, a well-timed armbar or choke attempt in transition could blow up the under bet early.
Still, given their mutual toughness and style matchup, Dern vs. Jandiroba to “Go the Distance” at -110 looks like one of the most balanced and value-rich plays on UFC 321’s card.
