The NHL is approaching the big 4 Nations Face-Off tournament, and The Hockey Show is gearing up for the fun!
There have been some interesting storylines around the league to touch on as well.
Joining the show this week is Florida Panthers radio analyst and NHL Network studio analyst Billy Lindsay.
THN hosts Roy Bellamy and David Dwork asked Billy about 4 Nations, how the tournament may impact players when the NHL resume play, the red-hot Red Wings and the if the league’s current top teams will still be there when May rolls around.
This week’s slapshots included the Buffalo Sabres failing to stick up for Tage Thompson, a ‘butt-head’ goal scored in Los Angeles, an idea to allow players to kick the puck in the net and the 10-game suspension handed to Ryan Hartman.
