News: Utah HC Acquires Sammy Walker From Minnesota Wild

The Utah Hockey Club has made a trade, acquiring forward Sammy Walker from the Minnesota Wild in exchange for future considerations.

Walker, 25, was originally drafted in the seventh round of the 2017 NHL Draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning.

So far, he hasn’t been able to secure a full-time NHL role. Over three seasons, he has appeared in just 13 NHL games, recording one goal and one assist for two points.
