The team at Sports Alert News have assessed the 32 teams who have made it to the knockout rounds and given their predictions for who they think will win the competition:
Adam: I can’t see past Birmingham City. With the squad depth available they are the strongest team left in the competition and should go on to lift the trophy.
Chris: I am going for one of the other relegated teams from the Championship last season – Huddersfield Town. On their day, they are a match for any of the teams left in the competition and are probably the strongest team remaining in the Northern section.
Dariush: I am going for last years winners and one of the most attacking teams left in the competition – Peterborough Utd. In a one-off match I the think the Posh have the firepower to beat most if not all of the remaining sides.
