Australia beat the United States to win the Hanwha LifePlus International Crown at New Korea Country Club in Goyang, Korea. Minjee Lee and Hannah Green took both of their singles matches, with each winning, 2 and 1, over Angel Yin and Yealimi Noh, respectively.
That handed to the victory to the Aussies over the top-seeded Americans, giving them $500,000 from the overall $2 million purse. Lee, Green, Grace Kim and Stephanie Kyriacou each earned $125,000 for their victory. The U.S. will split $303,600.
