UFC 321 full card results, schedule for Tom Aspinall vs. Ciryl Gane, Virna Jandiroba vs. Mackenzie Dern 2

Can Tom Aspinall lead the heavyweight division, or will Ciryl Gane end his run as UFC heavyweight champion before it can begin? The title is on the line at UFC 321 on October 25.

Aspinall (15-3) surged up the rankings during a time when Jon Jones was champion. However, a fight never materialized, even after Aspinall won interim gold. All he wanted was the Jones fight, but the latter retired, and Aspinall became the sole champion of the heavyweight division.

With a credible challenger in front of him, Aspinall is focused on feeding his hunger and proving he’s worthy of being champion.

“I just want to fight. I want to be as active as possible. I’m going to fight as frequently as I can,” Aspinall told CBS Sports. “I don’t know how that’ll look because you never know what life will throw your way. But I want to get back to what I do, and what I do is fight people.”

Gane (13-2) has held interim gold and looks to finally win a title in his third attempt. The French fighter is on a two-fight win streak.

Meanwhile, Virna Jandiroba and Mackenzie Dern compete in a rematch for the UFC strawweight title. The title became vacant after Zhang Weili vacated the belt to fight Valentina Shevchenko.

Jandiroba (22-3) has gone 6-1 since losing against Dern in 2020. Dern (15-5) has gone 5-4 and is on a two-fight win streak.

The Sporting News will provide results from the entire UFC 321 fight card.
