Jafel Filho brought his bible and his slick BJJ game to UFC Fight Night 261 on Saturday in Rio de Janeiro.
In a flyweight prelim, Filho (17-4 MMA, 3-2 UFC) locked a kimura in from the bottom and rolled Clayton Carpenter (8-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) for the tap at 4:42 of Round 1 at Farmasi Arena.
Filho, 32, moves to 3-1 in his most recent four and bounces back from a loss to Allan Nascimento.
Carpenter, 29, has now lost back-to-back fights.
