Creating realistic trade offers that lead to a deal being accepted is always challenging. Throughout the season, Justin Boone will be publishing his rest-of-season trade value charts, which you can use as a guide to help make moves and manage your roster. He’ll also highlight some of the players you should be buying or selling each week.

Follow the links below to see his trade values for each position.

Buy

Tyler Warren, Colts — This isn’t a buy-low, this is a buy-high scenario. Warren has had great usage through two weeks with 16 targets and over 75 yards in both games. However, he hasn’t found the end zone and that’s kept his fantasy points per game at 10.7 (fourth-best at the position). Once he starts crossing the goal line, we’re talking about a player who could easily finish as the TE1 overall in 2025.

With Daniel Jones executing Shane Steichen’s scheme well, I’m bullish about the Colts offense the rest of the way. If you need help at tight end, don’t be afraid to get aggressive and make a big offer for Warren because some fantasy managers might not realize the ceiling he’s capable of hitting already.

Sell

Dalton Kincaid, Bills — It pains me to say this as a Bills fan, but Kincaid isn’t taking the step forward fantasy-wise that I had hoped. The former first-round pick is only playing around 50% of Buffalo’s snaps and he’s in a rotation with Dawson Knox and rookie Jackson Hawes that limits his ceiling and will prevent him from becoming a consistent fantasy producer.

Take advantage of the fact Kincaid is the TE8 at the moment and trade him away.
