Creating realistic trade offers that lead to a deal being accepted is always challenging. Throughout the season, Justin Boone will be publishing his rest-of-season trade value charts, which you can use as a guide to help make moves and manage your roster. He’ll also highlight some of the players you should be buying or selling each week.

Buy
Justin Fields, Jets — After finishing as the second-highest-scoring fantasy quarterback in Week 1, Fields struggled to move the ball against the Bills last Sunday and eventually left early due to a concussion. He’s since been ruled out for Week 3. However, the poor performance in a tough matchup combined with the injury situation creates a window to buy the dual-threat QB. Fields is a high-floor, low-end QB1 in fantasy and will have spike weeks like he did in the opener. He also has one of the easiest fantasy schedules the rest of the way.

Sell
Jared Goff, Lions — Goff’s results through two games are the complete opposite from Fields, with a dismal outing on the road followed by a five-touchdown performance back home against the Bears. His indoor-outdoor splits are well known, so it’s not shocking that his stats were much better from the friendly confines of Ford Field. The bad news is that he’s back on the road this week against a solid Ravens defense. I’m projecting a down week for Goff, who will play three of his next four outside. Capitalize on the big stat line from Week 2 and move Goff before he struggles again.
