A total of 33 golfers from Peoria-area grade schools are scheduled to compete this week at the 2025 Illinois Elementary School Association state finals at Metamora Fields Golf Course.
In all, 181 students from 89 schools will complete one round to determine 10 medalists and the top four teams in each of the boys and girls divisions. The girls tee off 8 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11 and the boys at 8 a.m. Friday, Sept. 12. There is no charge for admission or parking at the event.
