St Helens half-back Moses Mbye will leave the Super League club at the end of the season in order to join Queensland Cup side Ipswich Jets.
Mbye, 32, joined Saints midway through the 2023 season from St George Illawarra Dragons and has made a total of 55 appearances for the club including 20 this season.
During his time with St Helens, he has helped them to play-off campaigns in 2023 and 2024 while the club are currently set to seal a top six spot this term.
“I’ve loved my time here, honestly, it has probably been the best few years of my life in terms of work-life balance, and experience-wise with my family as we got to come and travel the world and meet new people,” he said.
“It’s been such a great experience, seeing how the town gets behind their team through the highs and the lows.
“It’s a period of my life I will not take for granted, and we’re not finished yet. I want to finish on a high.”
