Uncrowned has Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol 2 live results, round-by-round updates, highlights, ring walks and start time for the Beterbiev vs. Bivol 2 fight card on Saturday at the Anb Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Undisputed light heavyweight champion Beterbiev defends his WBA, WBO, IBF, and WBC belts against the former WBA champion Bivol in a hotly-anticipated title rematch, which sits atop a card that is being declared by some as the best in boxing history.

Beterbiev (21-0, 20 KOs) and Bivol (23-1, 12 KOs) delivered a tremendous contest in their undisputed championship clash this past October in Riyadh. On that occasion, Beterbiev edged a controversial majority decision over Bivol, with the majority of viewers both at home and in the arena feeling that Bivol had done enough to have his hand raised at the end of 12 electric rounds

As a result, Beterbiev and Bivol meet in an immediate rematch for all four belts on Saturday.

In the co-main event, Joseph Parker (35-3, 23 KOs) defends his WBO interim heavyweight title against Martin Bakole (21-1, 16 KOs). Parker was supposed to challenge IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois in Saturday’s co-feature, however Dubois was forced to withdraw just days out from the event due to illness, leading Martin Bakole to step in as a last-second replacement and save Parker’s spot on the show.

Two other full world title fights also line the card, as Shakur Stevenson (22-0, 10 KOs) defends his WBC lightweight crown against another late replacement in Josh Padley (15-0, 4 KOs), and Hamzah Sheeraz (21-0, 17 KOs) makes his first attempt at world honors by facing the reigning WBC middleweight titleist Carlos Adames (24-1, 18 KOs).

Beterbiev vs. Bivol 2 prelims begin at 10 a.m. ET and can be watched live on Uncrowned. The main card starts at 11 a.m. ET on DAZN pay-per-view and main event ring walks are expected around 6 p.m. ET.

Alakel vs. Gomez – Round 3

A right uppercut from Alakel through the middle connects on Gomez early in round three. Alakel moves well around the center of the ring, making sure not to go too far out of punching range so he can still counter Gomez, but getting out of the way of Gomez’s swings simultaneously. Trainer Joe Gallagher, however, is not as impressed with Alakel’s work, telling him to keep it simple and get behind the left hand jab.

    10-9 Alakel, 30-27 Alakel

Alakel vs. Gomez – Rounds 1-2

Alakel started the contest well, sharp-shooting with his left hand, and pushing Gomez back. Alakel seemed to hurt Gomez with a left hook later in round one and followed it up with a right uppercut.

Gomez had his best success early in the second when he caught Alakel with a right-hand counter. Alakel needs to keep his chin down and not pull out in straight lines after he finishes attacking. Good combination punching from Alakel in the second half of round 2. Gomez is still attempting single punch counters as Alakel boxes with his left hand low and sometimes stays in punching range for too long.

    20-18 Alakel

Almaayouf comfortably outboxing de Oliveira through 3 rounds

Almaayouf has pushed de Oliveira onto the back foot with consistency through the first half of the contest. The Saudi prospect is working behind a fast jab and landing the right hand upstairs and down to the midsection. De Oliveira is catching Almaayouf on the counter occasionally — Almaayouf could do with tightening his defense.

Almaayouf is using a cross guard, which is typically utilized by pressure fighters, but Almaayouf doesn’t quite fight like a Derek Chisora-type pressure fighter who can have success with that kind of defense, nor does Almaayouf move his head.

Two changes to this card on fight week:

    1. Daniel Dubois was supposed to defend his IBF heavyweight title against Joseph Parker in tonight’s co-main event, but Dubois was forced to withdraw on Thursday due to illness. Martin Bakole steps in as a late replacement to box Parker for Parker’s WBO interim heavyweight title.

    2. Shakur Stevenson was supposed to defend his WBC lightweight crown against unbeaten American prospect Floyd Schofield, but Schofield was pulled from the bout for medical reasons on Tuesday by the British Boxing Board of Control, which is overseeing the event. Now Britain’s Josh Padley steps in to replace Schofield on less than a week’s notice.
