Saint Stephen’s Episcopal wins Manatee County Championship: The Saint Stephen’s boys golf team won the Manatee County Championship at Heritage Harbour Golf Club on Monday. The Falcons fired a 14-under par 270, beating out second-place Lakewood Ranch (284). Saint Stephen’s junior Chase Nicks shot a six-under 65 to earn medalist honors. Nicks was followed by Saint Stephen’s Andy Dai (66), Bradenton Christian’s Grant McCall (68), Lakewood Ranch’s Donovan Plakyda (69) and Saint Stephen’s Dylan McLaughlin (69). The Falcons improved to 76-2 on the season with the victory.
