MAINEVILLE, OH − Day 2 of the Kroger Queen City Championship is Sept. 12 at TPC River’s Bend.

The opening round of the tournament saw Chanettee Wannasaen tie a course record with 9-under 63 to claim the top spot on the leaderboard.

There are several players within striking distance, though, led by Gigi Stoll (-7) and a slew of golfers sitting a 6-under heading into Friday.

Jeeno Thitikul is 10-under for the tournament and 7-under in the second round to take sole possession of first place at the Kroger Queen City Championship.

Chanettee Wannasaen, the leader after the first round, will tee of Sept. 12 at 1:04 p.m.

Jeeno Thitikul, the reigning Kroger Queen City Championship runner-up, is 5-under par through 14 holes in the second round. She has birdied four of the last six holes and is tied with Jennifer Kupcho for the lowest round thus far today. Thitikul sits in a third-place tie at 8-under for the tournament.

Sei Young Kim, a 32-year-old with 10 career LPGA Tour wins, is 3-under through 13 to climb into a first-place tie with Chanettee Wannasaen.
