HOLLYWOOD, Fla – Rasul Magomedov thinks he could have done better in his PFL debut.

Magomedov (8-0) rallied from an early knockdown to defeat Guilherme Viana (9-4) by unanimous decision last Thursday at the 2025 PFL World Tournament 10 event from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

“I’m very happy with the outcome,” Magomedov told reporters through an interpreter during a post-fight news conference. “There are certain mistakes that I need to work on. I’m going to get home and review everything, but I won. That’s what matters.”

So what grade would Magomedov give his performance?

“B-minus,” Magomedov responded. “He’s a little bit awkward, but after the first round I adjusted, and then I kind of started feeling him.”

The 30-year-old says he’s certainly down for a spot in next year’s light heavyweight tournament.

“Yes, of course,” Magomedov responded. “Give me an opportunity, I would like to have another fight this year. So, I’m open to any suggestions.”
