Creighton has unveiled a new on-campus facility for its men’s and women’s golf teams.
On Sunday, the university introduced the McGraw Family Indoor Golf Facility, a nearly 4,000-square-foot performance center located inside the Kiewit Fitness Center. Nicole and Mike McGraw, as well as the entire McGraw family, made a $500,000 gift to help fund the project.
The McGraw Family Indoor Golf Facility has three custom-designed golf simulators. Advanced software and analytics will help student-athletes monitor swing mechanics and evaluate club-to-ball impact data. The facility also features putting and chipping greens, lounge areas, a kitchenette and individual lockers. It also houses the offices for men’s coach Wes Bernt and women’s coach Debbie Conry.
What conference, town is Creighton in?
Creighton competes in the Big East. The campus is located in Omaha, Nebraska.
