Before Tiger Woods heads to Torrey Pines South Course in La Jolla, California, he had one more practice round to play in Florida.
Woods played golf Sunday morning with President Donald Trump, according to multiple White House reports. It’s unclear which course the duo played, but they joined together Sunday morning for a round before Trump flew to New Orleans ahead of Super Bowl LIX between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.
Earlier this week, the PGA Tour announced commissioner Jay Monahan and Adam Scott met with Trump at the White House. The Tour put out a release, that Woods was a part of releasing, saying the meeting was about helping to unify the professional game.
The meeting occurred on Tuesday, and Woods likely wasn’t involved because he announced that morning the passing of his mother, Kultida.

However, the two did get to talk face-to-face and play some golf Sunday before heading in their respective directions.
Woods is set to host the Genesis Invitational next week, his annual event in Southern California that was moved to the San Diego area this year because of the destruction from wildfires nearby Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades. Torrey Pines hosted the Farmers Insurance Open two weeks ago, and Harris English won.
