Yahoo Sports’ Jason Fitz chats with the Las Vegas Raiders defensive end from Super Bowl LIX Radio Row about Myles Garrett’s trade request and whether he wants to be a Las Vegas Raider long term. Maxx joined Yahoo Sports on behalf of SAXX.

Hanging out with Raiders superstar Max Crosby joining us on behalf of Sacks.
We’ll get to that in just a minute.
I’m excited to talk to you about.
Um, we’re going just hijackings, but Max Crosby.
OK, whoa, whoa, whoa, so we’re gonna hijack.
You brought this up.
I’m gonna.
We’ll take that.
You just said two words.
I’m gonna, I gotta ask you anyway.
You saw Miles Garrett asking for a trade.
If I, if I took that same statement, right, same statement, I could, I could have signed your name to it, talk about where that team isn’t, where the team hasn’t been.
Like when you see that statement from Miles Garrett and you’re sitting here telling me he’s the best in the NFL, you see it from Miles, what’s it mean to you?
I mean it’s kind of crazy I think when you hear speculation and like that’s one thing and for me I’ve seen it for two years now like it started with the Lions fans and now it’s you know the Bills and these teams and all this stuff and then you see something like that happen where a guy is publicly going out and saying no I want out it’s kind of crazy and this guy of his uh caliber.
It’s, it doesn’t happen, you know, very often so I think like, like does it make you think though for a minute because like I don’t, I don’t make decisions off of what other people are doing.
I, I, I do what I do, you know what I mean at the end of the day I’m gonna make the best decision for me before we flip another car, I’ll just ask you again long term, you wanna be a Raider.
I mean of course I mean this is the thing everyone looks at it as they don’t understand like it’s not a two way street let’s say for instance you look at the Luca trade, the guy that just took him to the finals, what did they do?
They didn’t even tell him and just sent him somewhere else so it’s a two way street, right?
It’s business that’s reality.
There’s a business side of it, contract, all that stuff that’s gotta be taken care of.
I look at that and I’m looking forward to that and I’ve already had those I’m having those conversations, so I believe they’ll do us right.
I have no worry about that.
If it doesn’t go that way, you never know, but at the end of the day those are the type of conversations we’re having.
I respect the hell out of John Spytek, Pete Carroll.
I’ve only known him for a short period of time.
They’ve been awesome since, since I, my first impression, you know what I mean?
I don’t go off what other people say about these.
I, I made my own impression and of course you think I, I got bro, I got a tatted on, of course I would love to be here, but I wanna win here like, you know what I mean, I wanna win.
Period.
I’m a winner.
That’s in my blood.
So every day I wake up, I’m trying to win.
I have my agent this morning at 5 in the morning we’re at the Ritz-Carlton and I’m putting him through hell in a workout and then I’m coming here because that’s what matters most the work putting the work first, everything else will come after that.
So right now there’s obviously a lot of steps that go into that.
We’re gonna have those conversations and continue them and take it one step at a time and for me if it’s meant to be it’s meant to be, you know what I mean?
If I’m supposed to be here I’m supposed to be here if they don’t think that.
I’m not gonna sit here and try to.
Sell myself short, you know what I mean?
I wanna win and be a part of winning and that’s what I plan on doing.

Everything I believe in, they’ve, they’re helping me get guys at Eastern Michigan NIL deals and getting them paid, which is so dope to me, you know what I mean?
So they’ve been awesome in that regard.
I just feel like in general, um, everything across the board we’re aligned and I feel like the relationship is the most important part.
So it started with the relationship and then the business takes care of itself, so that applies to everything in my world.
That’s how I feel.
You start, you have a real connection, real relationship, everything else takes care of itself.
