Ron DeSantis, Serena Williams attend Tiger Woods’ debut TGL match

PALM BEACH GARDENS — Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and tennis legend Serena Williams were among the attendees for Tiger Woods’ debut with TGL on Tuesday night at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens.

Woods and Jupiter Links GC squared off with Collin Morikawa and Los Angeles Golf Club in the second TGL match of the competition’s first season.

DeSantis was flanked by his wife, Casey, and family members. He visited with TGL/TMRW Sports executives while Woods and other players warmed up in the SoFi Center.

Williams, who lives in Palm Beach Gardens, was seen entering the arena during the pre-match broadcast on ESPN. She is a co-owner of Los Angeles Golf Club and sat in the team’s booth.

Other attendees included former USWNT soccer star Alex Morgan, who is a co-owner of Los Angeles Golf Club, U.S. Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley and Woods’ son, Charlie.
